Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock delayed

BBC Worldwide have announced that the upcoming console game Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock has been delayed from March to April.

A spokesperson from the commercial arm of the BBC explained the delay to Digital Spy: "The developers are just putting the finishing touches to the game as we speak, however the most up to date build will be available to trial at the Official Doctor Who Convention this weekend in Cardiff."

The game allows players to take on the role of the Doctor and River Song to travel across time and space to save Earth.

Gamers will learn how to time travel and solve puzzles from across the centuries in an original storyline created in collaboration with BBC Wales.

The Eternity Clock, the first in a series of Doctor Who titles, will initially be available on Playstation 3 in April and on Playstation Vita and PC platforms later in the year.
