Colin Firth wants a role in Doctor Who

Award-winning actor Colin Firth has said that he would like to take on the part of a villain in Doctor Who.

The Sun quotes the actor: "I'd never rule out a part in Doctor Who or Torchwood - especially Doctor Who.

"I'd also love to play a villain like Moriarty in Sherlock Holmes."

The acclaimed actor recently won a Golden Globe for his role as King George in the movie 'The King's Speech'.
