BBC News and BBC America have recently interviewed the executive producer and head writer of Doctor Who, Steven Moffat.

The showrunner was interviewed by BBC News yesterday at the official Doctor Who Convention in Cardiff.

Moffat revealed that Karen Gillan "could hardly speak" at the readthrough of her final episode.





The producer also discussed the departure of the Ponds with BBC America.
