BBC announce Elisabeth Sladen tribute programme

The BBC have produced a 15-minute tribute programme dedicated to Elisabeth Sladen who played Sarah Jane Smith in Doctor Who and sadly passed away yesterday following a battle with cancer.

The programme, titled ‘My Sarah Jane: A Tribute to Elisabeth Sladen’, will be broadcast on Saturday at 6.45pm on the CBBC channel - following BBC One's broadcast of Doctor Who.

The beginning of "Doctor Who: The Impossible Astronaut" will also feature a dedication to the much-loved actress.
