Freema Agyeman in Law & Order: UK
Freema Agyeman makes a welcome return to our TV screens tonight, in the third series of ITV1's Law & Order: UK.
The former Doctor Who actress reprises the role of Junior Crown Prosecutor Alesha Phillips as part of the highly-acclaimed cast, which also includes Bradley Walsh and Bill Paterson.
"Help" - tonight, 9.00pm on ITV1
New series of the gripping drama. When a former footballer is beaten to death on a London street in what looks like a robbery gone wrong, investigations lead Ronnie and Matt to Mike Jones. He was seen in the area at the time of the murder, has motive and is linked to the murder weapon. Protesting his innocence, Mike points the finger at a well-known East End gangster who he claims he saw at the scene of the crime. At the trial James Steel is up against eccentric defence barrister Jason Peters. Witness intimidation, false plea bargaining and corruption stand in the way of the truth but in the end, will the decency of one good samaritan be enough to finally put the murderer away? With Bradley Walsh, Jamie Bamber, Harriet Walter, Ben Daniels, and Freema Agyeman.
The six-part series continues on Mondays at 9.00pm on ITV1.

Isn't Peter Davison in the new season as well? Or does he join later?
Davison has been cast, but his name does not appear on the cast list for tonight's episode, so I expect he joins later in the series.
