Royal Television Society Craft & Design Award presented to The Mill

Television Society's Craft & Design Awards 2009/2010 have presented an award to The Mill, the company who provide the visual effects for Doctor Who.

The effects from the Series 5 episode 'The Pandorica Opens' helped The Mill to gain the 'Effects - Digital' award.

RTS commented: "The judges were impressed by some beautifully integrated effects and by green screen. 'This is about as good as it gets on TV."

The award was presented on 24 November at The Savoy, London.

Fully deserved IMAO, The Mill has been the magic of Doctor Who since 2005; their work on Merlin has been fabulous too. Nice post! :)
