Doctor Who - Matt Smith Entertainment Weekly cover

Following the success of Doctor Who on BBC America and US iTunes, Matt Smith is the cover star on the popular magazine Entertainment Weekly across the pond.

The magazine explores the 49 year history of Doctor Who, and previews the upcoming series with Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill and Steven Moffat.

Moffat: “It’s not even a ‘British import.’ It’s just Doctor Who.”

Doctor Who is the first ever British TV programme to appear on the cover of Entertainment Weekly which was first published in 1990.
