Adrian Scarborough, Ben Browder cast in Doctor Who


Two new actors have been cast in the next series of Doctor Who, joining previously confirmed guest stars David Bradley, Rupert Graves and Mark Williams.

According to Spotlight, Adrian Scarborough will be playing a character called Kahler Jex in an episode directed by Saul Metzstein. The actor has worked on Gavin & Stacey, Psychoville and is currently starring in BBC One's period drama Upstairs Downstairs.

The latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine (on sale tomorrow) has revealed that Ben Browder will appear in episode three of the series which is written by Toby Whithouse. The story will be shot in Spain which doubles as America's Wild West. Browder has starred in Farscape and Stargate SG-1.

Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill and the Doctor Who production team are currently in Spain filming the new series.
