Torchwood: Miracle Day - End of the Road - Synopsis

The BBC have published the press details for End of the Road, the eighth episode of the ten-part Torchwood: Miracle Day by Jane Espenson and Ryan Scott.

Captain Jack faces a showdown with a man he thought long since dead, as the drama continues. But while Rex takes extreme action, is it too late to prevent the collapse of society?

Torchwood – Miracle Day stars John Barrowman and Eve Myles. The series, created by Russell T Davies, also features Mekhi Phifer, Bill Pullman and Alexa Havins, along with recurring guest stars Arlene Tur and Lauren Ambrose.

Episode eight features guest stars Marina Benedict (CSI Miami), John De Lancie (Star Trek: The Next Generation), Wayne Knight (Jurrasic Park) and Tom Price.

The episode will be broadcast on BBC One/HD on Thursday 2nd September at 9.00pm.
