Torchwood: Miracle Day - The Categories of Life - Synopsis

The BBC have published some brief plot details for The Categories of Life, the fifth episode of Torchwood: Miracle Day by Jane Espenson.

Torchwood goes undercover and discovers the terrible truth behind the "miracle"; but the enemy is closing in, and death is about to make a shocking return, as the new series, created by Russell T Davies and starring John Barrowman and Eve Myles, continues.

The cast also features Mekhi Phifer, Bill Pullman and Alexa Havins, plus recurring guest stars Arlene Tur and Lauren Ambrose. Episode fives also welcomes William Thomas (Doctor Who), Sharon Morgan (Mine All Mine), Fred Koehler (Lost), Teddy Sears (The Defenders) and Marc Vann (CSI).

The episode will be broadcast on BBC One/HD on Thursday 11th August at 9.00pm.
