Doctor Who: The Adventure Games - Blood of the Cybermen

The BBC have announced today that the second episode of Doctor Who: The Adventure Games entitled 'Blood of the Cybermen' by Phil Ford will be available to download this Saturday (26th June) straight after the Doctor Who series finale 'The Big Bang', via the official Doctor Who website.

"From the intriguing title, through the pre-credits intro to the mystery surrounding the Arctic base, this is everything you expect from a TV episode - only this time you control the action," explained writer Phil Ford.

"It's an epic story, and one we could only tell in a computer game. We've ambitious sets, a thrill-a-minute narrative, and we reintroduce a Doctor Who adversary not seen since the Tom Baker era."

A Q&A was held in Glasgow's Pacific Quay this afternoon with writer Phil Ford, executive producer Charles Cecil and the voice of the Daleks, Nick Briggs. An exclusive clip from 'The Big Bang' was also shown at the event.
