The Tenth Doctors Last Words?

This is a page from the Doctor Who Storybook 2010. It looks as though it could be script extract from 'The End of Time'. The 'transmission' starts with the Tenth Doctors first words 'Hello! Ooh, new teeth' (which were spoken by the Doctor in The Parting of the Ways) and ends with the words 'Don't forget me'. Many online forums are saying that these could be the last words spoken by the Tenth Doctor when he dies alone in the TARDIS. These words were also spoken by Sarah Jane when she left the TARDIS for the first time in 'The Hand of Fear'. So could it be a flashback?

I can't really see Russell T Davies revealing the Tenth Doctor's last words before we see it on TV, and I seem to remember RTD saying that the last letter he wrote on the 'End of Time' script was an 'n' so these are obviously not his last words!

There are quotes in the 'transmission' from previous Tenth Doctor episodes which shows that this is possible dialogue from The Wedding of Sarah Jane, The Waters of Mars, The Reign of Nightmares and The End of Time.

"Targeting her, not her, not my wonderful Sar..."

"E Water! Get away from the wat..."

"Scanning, but it must..."

"Can't be alive! No! The Gate..."

"One last look+++Got to see..."
