BFI to screen Doctor Who: Asylum of the Daleks
The British Film Institute will screen the first episode of this year's Doctor Who series - Steven Moffat's Asylum of the Daleks.
The opening episode will be premiered at the BFI on 14 August 2012 at 6.00pm. Audience tickets will go on sale from 11.30am on 10 July.
Moffat will be in attendance for the preview to take part in a Q&A session along with other members of the cast and crew.
The 45 minute story features almost every Dalek design from the history of Doctor Who - including the Special Weapons Dalek.
Executive Producer Caroline Skinner said: "This is an epic Dalek adventure that kicks off the new series in explosive style! If you think you know all there is to know about the Daleks, think again…"
