Doctor Who - Comic Relief Sketch 2011

Today's edition of the News of the World has published an article claiming that a Doctor Who sketch has been produced for Comic Relief.

According to the tabloid newspaper, the plot for the mini episode is top secret, but the six minute scene will feature two Amy Ponds.

Two years ago, a special episode of The Sarah Jane Adventures was screened, starring Elisabeth Sladen and Ronnie Corbett.

David Tennant is among the celebrities promoting this year's Red Nose Day campaign.

Richard Curtis, who wrote last year's Doctor Who episode 'Vincent and the Doctor', co-founded the charity in 1985.

This year's fundraising event will take place on Friday 18th March 2011, with the telethon being broadcast on BBC One from 7pm. Click HERE for details on how to donate and raise money.
