Last chance to see Doctor Who at Land's End
The Doctor Who Close Up exhibition at Land's End in Cornwall will be closing on Monday 3rd January, and there is one last chance to see the props and monsters over the next few weeks.
Between Boxing Day and the closing date, children will have free entry to the hugely-popular exhibition.
On January 3rd, fans who attend dressed as their favourite Doctor Who characters will gain free entry to the exhibition. Daleks will be on show in the main square and souvenirs will be given to children.
David Bryans, Land’s End’s General Manager, said: “Doctor Who has been a big part of our lives here at Land’s End for the past three years, so it is only right we send it off with a bang.
“People of all ages love the phenomenon that is Doctor Who so the party will be a fabulous way to mark its final day at Land’s End and we hope as many people as possible can join us. Of course we are sad to see it go, but we are already looking forward to welcoming a new exhibition – Monsters of the Deep – next year.”
The exhibition has attracted nearly 400,000 visitors since it opened in April 2007.
