Doctor Who: New Romote Control Daleks

Forbidden Planet have recently unveiled a new series of remote control Daleks which were featured in the recent Doctor Who episode, Victory of the Daleks. They consist of the 'Iornside' (MOD) , 'Red Dalek' (Drone) and 'Blue Dalek' (Strategist).

This fully functional radio controlled Dalek Ironside has full 360 degree movement control, a built in infrared combat system which allows you to use two Daleks to battle against each other, flashing lights and speech. Features also include a poseable gun and arm.

Infrared battle with two Daleks requires two Daleks of different control frequencies (27Mhz & 40Mhz). One supplied.

 






  



Many Years ago, the Daleks sent out thousands of egg-shaped Progenitors containing the genetic coding of the race, so that new Daleks could be created whenever necessary. One of these Progenitors was found in war-torn England during the Second World War and transported to a Dalek ship.

However, because the Daleks that found it had been genetically modified by their creator Davros, using his own DNA, the Progenitor did not acknowledge them as pure Daleks, until the Doctor identified them as such and the Progenitor created a new race of powerful Daleks as a result. Amongst these Daleks were the Red Drones and Blue Strategists.

The Daleks are due for release on 20th July 2010, at the RRP of £19.99.
