Doctor Who: The Eleventh Hour - Ratings

Unnoffical, overnight viewing figures indicate that Doctor Who: The Eleventh Hour was watched by 7.7 million viewers on BBC One with an additional 0.3 million watching on the BBC HD Channel giving the episode a total of 8.0 million viewers with 36.8% of the total viewing audience!

The episode was the most watched last night, beating the likes of Harry Potter (2.9 million) and Ant & Dec's Push the Button (3.9 million).

Final viewing figures will be published by BARB in around 10 days.
